ABOUT THE ROLE
Run the experimental engine that gets Premedice into the hands of the right users. You'll blend classic growth — funnels, lifecycle, retention — with AI-native distribution: building agents, automations, and tooling that compound. You'll partner with the marketing lead on acquisition, with engineering on instrumentation, and with the CEO on the wedge. You measure success by activation, retention, and qualified pipeline — not signups.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities
Own the activation funnel — signup to first clinical query to second-week retention
Design and run weekly growth experiments — landing pages, onboarding flows, lifecycle emails, in-product nudges
Build AI-powered growth tooling — lead-scoring agents, content repurposing pipelines, churn predictors
Partner with engineering on instrumentation: events, funnels, attribution, cohort analysis
Run distribution experiments across SEO, AI-search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), communities, and partnerships
Build and maintain the lifecycle stack — email, push, in-product — and the rules that govern it
Identify and ship wedge plays into specific user segments (patients, students, clinicians, researchers)
Produce a weekly growth readout with clear ship/keep/kill decisions on every experiment
Build a referral and word-of-mouth loop — Premedice's best channel is a doctor telling another doctor
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Requirements
4+ years growth, product, or technical marketing experience — you've owned a funnel end-to-end
Strong SQL and analytics — you can write the queries that answer your own questions
You've shipped AI-powered tooling in a previous role — you can show what you built and what it moved
Comfort with AI-search optimization (AEO/GEO) — you understand how ChatGPT and Perplexity decide what to cite
Background in at least one of: PLG SaaS, healthcare, marketplace, developer tools
You've run an experimentation cadence — hypothesis, design, ship, read, decide
AI-native workflow — you build with tools like OpenCode, Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf daily
Comfortable being the only growth hire for a stretch before building a team
