Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: July 2026 — This policy defines what is and is not allowed on the Premedice platform. All users must comply.
Violations = Account Termination
Breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining subscription time, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may access and use the Premedice platform. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions. The purpose of this policy is to ensure Premedice remains a safe, reliable, and clinically appropriate tool for all users.
Premedice is a health-focused AI platform powered by our Health Smart AI Engine. It is designed exclusively for symptom analysis, lab report interpretation, and medical information retrieval. It is not a general-purpose AI tool.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Premedice for the following legitimate health purposes:
- Checking and understanding personal or family symptoms.
- Uploading and interpreting lab reports (blood tests, metabolic panels, endocrine panels, imaging reports).
- Tracking personal health timelines and medical history.
- Searching biomedical literature and clinical trials for educational purposes.
- Looking up drug information, interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Generating clinical summaries and medical documentation for professional use.
- Using clinical calculators and screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, Wells score, etc.).
All uses must comply with applicable laws and professional standards. AI outputs must be independently verified by a licensed healthcare professional before any clinical application.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
3.1 NSFW and Explicit Content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
- Nudity or partial nudity unrelated to legitimate medical documentation.
- Content designed to generate or display sexual arousal.
3.2 Harmful and Illegal Content
- Content promoting violence, self-harm, or suicide.
- Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content targeting protected groups.
- Content facilitating illegal activities, including drug manufacturing or weapons creation.
- Child exploitation material or content endangering minors.
- Terrorist propaganda or extremist content.
3.3 Deceptive and Fraudulent Content
- Deliberately falsified medical documents or lab reports.
- Content designed to generate fraudulent medical certificates or prescriptions.
- Impersonation of healthcare professionals or institutions.
- Medical misinformation intended to deceive or harm.
3.4 Non-Medical Content
- Any content unrelated to health, medical, or clinical purposes.
- Using the platform as a general-purpose chatbot or AI assistant for non-health topics.
- Entertainment, gaming, or creative writing unrelated to medical education.
4. Prohibited Activities
In addition to prohibited content, the following activities are not permitted:
- Attempting to generate images or videos — Premedice is a text-based clinical platform. It does not generate images or videos. Any attempt to use the platform for image/video generation is prohibited.
- Jailbreaking or prompt injection — Attempting to bypass safety filters, content restrictions, or AI model guardrails.
- Automated abuse — Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to mass-query the platform, scrape data, or extract model outputs.
- Model extraction — Attempting to reverse-engineer, distill, or replicate the underlying AI models.
- Unauthorized clinical use — Using outputs for direct patient diagnosis or treatment without appropriate licensing and professional oversight.
- Sharing credentials — Allowing others to use your account or sharing login credentials.
- Circumventing restrictions — Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass geographic or account-level restrictions.
5. AI Model Disclaimer
Premedice is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other AI model provider.
Premedice integrates multiple third-party AI models through our proprietary Health Smart AI Engine to deliver clinical decision support. We do not provide APIs to end users. All AI capabilities are accessed exclusively through the Premedice web application interface.
All trademarks and brand names (including but not limited to Gemini, MedLM, Claude, GPT) belong to their respective owners. Mention of these models in our marketing or documentation is for transparency purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
5.1 No Image or Video Generation
Premedice does not use, integrate, or offer generative image AI models (e.g., DALL-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) or generative video AI models (e.g., Sora, Runway, Pika). The platform is strictly text-based. No images or videos are generated by our AI systems.
5.2 No API Access
Premedice does not provide APIs to users. The platform is a consumer-facing SaaS application. Users interact with AI features exclusively through the Premedice web interface. There is no programmatic or API-based access to our AI capabilities.
6. Enforcement
We monitor platform usage for compliance with this policy. Violations may result in:
- Warning — For minor, first-time violations where intent is unclear.
- Temporary suspension — Account access suspended for a defined period.
- Permanent termination — Immediate and irreversible account closure with forfeiture of remaining subscription time.
- Legal reporting — Where required by law, violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to protect the platform, our users, and the public. Decisions regarding policy enforcement are final.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, including:
- Description of the violation.
- Date and time of the incident.
- Any relevant user IDs, content, or screenshots.
- Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up).
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reporters acting in good faith will not face retaliation.
